Transformational Life Coach & Workshop Leader
Madhu is a Certified Life Coach and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is also trained in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Madhu completed MBA (Human Resources) from Mount Carmel Institute Management, Bangalore and started her career as a Recruitment Consulting Specialist. Within a span of a decade, she grew from the role of a Recruiter to heading Recruitment Consulting Operations for the company across locations. In addition to handling teams pan India, she partnered closely with several top Multinational Companies and Indian Corporate houses in the Information Technology and IT Enabled Services segments supporting their Senior level and Leadership hiring requirements.
In 2017, Madhu made a paradigm shift – she stepped down from her position as Director and General Manager of the company she worked with and quit her HR/ Recruitment Consulting career to deep dive into the world of Self Transformation and empowering others to live to their highest potential. She went through the Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner programs to become a full fledged Transformational Life Coach. She completed advanced training in Clinical Hypnotherapy which added leverage to her transformational tools. Madhu has also studied Energy Medicine and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and has a keen interest in pendulum dowsing which she has been practicing for the last fifteen years.
Her passion to empower others to live the life they desire and be the best version of themselves resulted in her founding Purple Nirvana. Purple Nirvana is committed to facilitating this journey of self discovery and empowerment through Transformational Life Coaching, Empowerment Workshops and Hypnotherapy.
